The motor shaft head adopts involute spline design, which has the characteristics of high precision, uniform overall torque and high transmission efficiency. At the same time, the size conforms to the United States NEMA standard, and can be interconnected with foreign water pumps. The unique design of the thrust bearing has low friction and low friction coefficient, and has a high load capacity, which effectively improves the service life and reliability of the motor. The combination of SP type punching and welding pump head and involute spline motor has the advantages of light overall structure, smooth flow channel and corrosion resistance, and can be widely used in food, medical, water purification equipment and other fields.
The new optimized motor model is YQS200SC-18.5kW, the design height of the motor is only 762mm, which is 108mm lower than the original motor (870mm), and the size is greatly improved, with the advantages of more reasonable electromagnetic field distribution, compact structure, light and durable, and consumables saving.
