Finally, Mr. Liu suggested whether the scope of agricultural machinery subsidies could be expanded, so that submersible pumps could also be traded-in, and subsidies should be increased, so that customers could directly benefit, and a unified platform should be established by the central government to allow enterprises to sell and replenish.
