Structural description

1. The motor adopts an explosion-proof water-filled wet structure, and the inner cavity is filled with clean water, which is mainly used for motor cooling and bearing lubrication.

2. In order to prevent coal dust and mud from soaking into the motor, an anti-sand sealing mechanism composed of a sand shaker and a mechanical seal is installed at the upper end of the motor.

3. The upper end of the motor is equipped with water injection and exhaust holes, and the lower end is equipped with water discharge holes.

4. The lower end of the motor is equipped with a thrust bearing and a thrust plate, which mainly bears the axial force of the electric pump.

5. The stator winding of the motor is made of water-resistant magnet wire, which has good insulation and water resistance, and the rotor is a squirrel cage structure.

6. The explosion-proof form of the electric pump is flameproof type, the code is "d" and the explosion-proof mark is "Exdl".
