1. GMZ pump, the overflow parts are made of high-efficiency strength and wear-resistant materials, which are suitable for conveying slurry with strong corrosion, high concentration and large particles, and can be used in series within the maximum working pressure range of the pump.
2. According to the different medium of pumping, the GMZ pump has interchangeable overflow parts of various materials, which is suitable for conveying corrosive or corrosive, large particles or fine particles slurry.
GMZ series pumps, except for the pump head part (including the front and rear pump casing, volute, front and rear guard plates, impellers, etc.) structure is different, the rest of the structure is similar, using the same series of transmission parts, the following according to the pump head part, shaft seal part and transmission part, respectively, describe its structural characteristics.
1. Pump head part: GMZ series pump is a double pump casing structure, that is, the front pump casing and a replaceable overflow part (including impeller, volute, front guard plate, rear guard plate). The front and rear pump casings are made of gray cast iron or ductile iron according to the working pressure, and are vertically open. Bolted connection, the rear pump casing has a stop and the bracket is bolted together, the pump discharge port can be rotated and installed at eight angles, and the front and rear cover plates of the impeller are equipped with back blades to reduce leakage and improve the life and efficiency of the pump. The inlet of each type of pump is horizontal, and the pump rotates clockwise from the transmission direction.
2. Shaft seal: There are three forms of shaft seal, auxiliary impeller shaft seal, packing shaft seal, and mechanical seal.
(1) Auxiliary impeller shaft seal: When the positive pressure value of the pump inlet is not greater than 10% of the pressure value of the pump outlet, the single-stage pump or the multi-stage series third-stage pump can use the auxiliary impeller shaft seal, which has the advantages of non-dilution of slurry and good sealing effect.
(2) Packing shaft seal: The packing shaft seal has a simple structure, easy maintenance, and needs to use shaft seal water, and the packing shaft seal can be used for the working conditions that are not suitable for the auxiliary impeller shaft seal and the working condition of pump suction.
(3) Mechanical seal: For the working conditions that are not suitable for the above two shaft seals, mechanical seals are used to reduce the number of maintenance of the shaft seals.
3. Transmission part: this series of pumps are used in the same series of transmission, including brackets and bearing components, the pump shaft diameter is large, the rigidity is good, the cantilever is short, and the bearing will not bend, bend and vibrate in the harsh work, the bearing is selected from a single row of tapered roller bearings and deep groove ball bearings, the combination can bear the maximum axial and radial load of the pump, the bearing is lubricated with thin oil, and the two ends of the bearing body have sealed end covers, which can effectively prevent slurry and other dirt from entering the bearing, the pump is equipped with two hose joints in the bearing body, which can be connected with the water source to cool the shaft chamber. Therefore, it can work at a higher ambient temperature to ensure the safe operation of the bearing and has a high service life.
